Hotel staff is very helpful, they went out of way to help for comfortable stay. They rooms are spacious and food quality is good. The items marked as chef special in menu are worth trying. I only found one drawback which is lack of lift service but since the hotel have only 3 floors that could be ignored.

Overall stay was ok ok. Need some improvement.

Hotel at good location. Its clean and a overall good hotel in Rohtak. Its a good hotel. Hotel staff is very good. Rooms are big and clean. Recommend to stay in the hotel if you visit to Rohtak as very few good hotels are available there.

Staff is warm and helpful. Our room was upgraded to super deluxe at no cost. There is restaurant with good food. Very suitable for longer stays as you have Reliance fresh on the ground floor. There is also a Pub within the premise.

Stayed there for one day.. I reached there early morning. Staff was cooperative. . They gave me early check in... Its centrally located in city surrounded by wedding banquets and food junction parking was adequate. Its had taken my own vehicle so got easy space... Even they had arranged space for driver stay. Room were spacious. Service was good with delicious food overall stay was comfortable. Recommended for stay.

Poor value for money

Location was accessible. There was no fruit at breakfast. Bidet in bathroom was not functional and the hotel did not get it repaired or offer to change my room. At the time of arrival lift was not functional. Room service did not commence till 8 am and no kettle was provided to make tea/coffee by myself in room. Only a single duvet was provided even though the room was meant for two personsdriver was to have provided bed and bedding for overnight but all the spots were occupied by hotel staff compelling my driver to sleep in car

We book through MMT, we reached at 1 am & we had a very bad experience to wake up the staff, even at 15 min of shouting and blow horns they didn't open gate, when one person was left the hotel then they came to open gate, then we get checkin, hotel is OK as tariff concern . Theare are many cheap and better option in Rohtak then This on Mall Road.

So cheap staff just ask onion and they denied. So pain full when your are with your business partner it’s insulting a lot i never recommend this hotel to anyone so cheap

Terrible Stay

Stay was terrible. Room was not clean and toilet was worse. Food quality was very bad. Room and toilet were not clean and even after repeated requests, they didn’t bother to do anything. Food quality was very poor. Reception staff experience was horrible. Overall, will not recommend anyone to choose this hotel. Horrible experience.

Good location, shabby accommodation

I had stayed in this hotel few years back and had booked it with the old expectation. But found it to be in shabby condition. Toilets were in very dirty condition and not cleaned even after repeated request. Not worth the price charged for the rooms.
