We arrived around 1:30 a.m. and had difficulty locating the main entrance. Attempts to contact the property went unanswered. The rooms were not well-maintained—bed sheets and blankets appeared unwashed, and bath towels were provided only upon request. By 10 a.m., the tap water stopped completely, and we had to wait for the water tanker to arrive; in the meantime, they supplied water in buckets. Breakfast was tasty but limited to just idli and dosa. While the caretaker staff were polite and helpful, the owner lacked a customer-friendly approach. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering the positive reviews we had relied on when booking.

We would like to clarify that before your arrival, we had filled our water tank with 3000 litres. On that particular day, only you and your group were staying at our property. A guest from your group in Room No. 203 accidentally left the bathroom tap open continuously, which led to the complete drainage of the water. Even after refilling an additional 3000 litres, the same issue occurred.
Despite this, we immediately arranged and purchased additional water from outside at our own cost to ensure your comfort. Unfortunately, we incurred a significant loss due to this unexpected situation.
Regarding communication, our reception is open 24 hours, and we had provided three alternative contact numbers. Our team was continuously following up with you and your group over phone calls throughout the day. Our property location is clearly mentioned on Google Maps, and our reception was operational as usual.
We truly appreciate your positive remarks about our caretaker staff and breakfast. We are committed to maintaining and improving our service standards for all guests.
