Excellent location. The rooms in the new wing are very thoughtfully done up. The staff is courteous and the food in the restaurant is good. We had a good stay.

Excellent stay and rooms. Hygienic rooms and accommodating staff. My flight got late but the staff helped me and arranged for my dinner even after past kitchen closure time. Kudos to the hospitality and the team.

The property was located literally 5 minutes to the ashram so super convenient. All its staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their onsite restaurant staff in fact gave us two yummy complimentary pastries for my sons. They were thrilled and gobbled it up quickly. We were also very impressed with the quality of fittings and especially the very soft, comfy mattress and comforter. The bathroom has classy fittings and a huge shower enclosure with shower gel and shampoo dispensers. Although it is on the main road, you couldn't hear the horns of the traffic below making it a very peaceful and restful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the meals which were very flavorful and such a large variety to choose from. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit and highly recommend this hotel. Premium place with reasonable rates. We took interconnecting rooms so great for a family of 4. The only thing perhaps was that the rooms had only 1 large bathroom to share among 4 people so getting ready early morning at 4am was a challenge but that was a small inconvenience compared to the extraordinary service and amenities it offers. Stay here - you won't regret it.

Very close to the ashram, it’s an hygienic, rooms are spacious and food is great. It was a pleasant stay. Can call it one of the handful of luxurious places in puttaparthi.

The rooms were clean and our stay was comfortable at the hotel. Hotel staff were kind and supportive and they attended to our requests quite promptly. Overall, our experience was good at sai mama hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Clean room and washroom. Room also had a water heater and they also provided an iron box when requested. Restaurant food was good as well.

Room service is excellent, amenities provided in the room are at par. Hotel is very near to sai nilayam. We celebrated independence day along with hotel staff by cutting a cake. Ambiance inside the hotel is very good.
