A good hotel for business trip

Stay in this hotel was good. It was a business trip and according to my purpose, the location of the hotel was convenient. The room was spacious and clean. washroom was also hygienic. The food in this hotel was tasty. Staffs behavior was good, they were very polite. This was a value for money hotel.

Really bad experience. Rooms was not as per standards of the price paid. Hospitality was not good. No brush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo, sleepers were provided. Television dth recharge was not done, even after complaining no recharge was done. Breakfast meal given was just poha and tea. No other choice was provided. Kindly raise the standards of room as per the price paid by the customers.

Hygiene in hotel room as well as restaurant not good. Daily breakfast was very average and no variation only one type and not fresh also
