The property is very good and the property owner is very responsive. Hospitality is next level. I wouldn’t suggest spending personal time with family, but it’s a good property to chill out.

It was located on first floor of the building with narrow steps. We struggled to get our luggage. It was a dormitory type accommodation with five beds in one room and three beds in the other room. I felt it is better for a short stay as I along with my family was there for few hours. The best part is the hosts polite, helpful and very decent behaviour.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sai Residency. Even though the owners were out of town, they ensured I had quick and easy access to the place. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—with laundry facilities, clean bathrooms, TV, and air conditioning all in great condition. The location is excellent—a short walk to a nearby restaurant, and Swiggy worked well for ordering both food and drinks. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place, and I’d gladly stay here again if I’m visiting Madurai in the future.
