superb stay a
Sai Unity Home Stay, located on the banks of Mata Narmada, is an excellent place to stay. Its rooms and bathrooms are very well-organized and very clean. From there, you can see the beautiful view of the water flowing 24 hours a day from the Garudeshwar Check Dam. Salmanbhai and the staff are very polite, considerate and helpful at any time and in any situation.

Very very poor expe
We have terrible experience with this home stay. Very very poor cleanliness. I am sharing the photos of uncleaned bed and rooms. There is no responsible person available at home stay.

Excellent Stay
Nice room neat and clean room good service the only thing is you get only tea & milk there. For breakfast you have to go outside 1 km to their hotel. And please take some auto number for transport as the homestay is 4-5 km away from sou's parking.

Small hotel but clean and with great service.
familyFantastic hotel, small but great service. The guy salman steals the show - he is always smiling and available 24/7. This property was like home, clean rooms, next to river narmada - don't expect too much from surroundings but stay is comfortable. Service is quick.

Average Stay
Good hospitality marred by room and location, location is still fine considering home stays but temple view rooms are too small and specially bathrooms are poorly designed. Rating 3 is mainly due to hospitality.

Neat & clean property. Staff was very polite and always supportive. Food also available in hotel. We enjoyed the stay. I highly recommend to all.

It was a wonderful stay near the narmada river. Neat and clean place, newly constructed, salmon was a nice person to host.

Overall good stay
We stayed in sai unity homestay for 2 nights. If you have your own vehicle this is good place, river view rooms are good within budget. Around 15 mins from sou. You can order food from outside restaurants. Caretakers are prompt and good service.

Excellent homestay
I traveled on the long weekend of 12-15 aug, hence could not find any hotel accommodation. After checking all homestays, booked in sai unity which is a subsidiary of sai inn. The homestay is new building, hence clean rooms, lift is there and location adjacent to the river is outstanding. You can listen to the sound of river flowing amid the calmness of night from this homestay. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They provide slight refreshments on chargeable basis such as tea, coffee, bread toast. Highly recommended.

Good service and value for money
Good place to stay for traveller with own vehicle. Sou and food plazas within 10 mins drive, big rooms nice river view and good service.
