We stayed here for 4 days and it was a very bad experience. The cost of the room doesn't justify the hospitality at all. I'm stunned as to how MakeMyTrip can call it a 5 star hotel. I've lived in better homestays than this. This was the worst hotel I stayed during my 11 day Rajasthan trip. 1. The Room was very small with a very tiny window that did not match MakeMyTrip description photos. 2. Breakfast buffet was pathetic, both in variety and quality. The taste was not good, and some items felt stale. They had the same breakfast menu everyday.
3. There is no lift in the hotel(!)
4. You'd need multiple calls to the front desk everyday for small things. Never during room cleaning were we provided with napkins - always had to ask for them explicitly. During one room cleaning session, a new bed cover was put which was still DAMP! They did change them when I brought it up, but something like this shouldn't happen in the first place.
5. Wifi speeds are very slow.
6. None of the channels in the tv worked, again had to call front desk to get it fixed. You'd need to follow up for these things also
7. Room service food is bad. You'd order vegetable maggi, and they'd give you a plain one while still charging for vegetable maggi. White sauce pasta tasted like raw milk
8. Washroom is very cramped. There are hard water stains and a weird smell is always present in the washroom All in all, I'd suggest researching for a better hotel. This one charges a premium while not delivering even the basic standards.
