It looks like Property needs renovation, staff needs training and planning to accommodate customer requirements.

The rooms and bathroom are very nice. For recreation, they only have a swimming pool. The TV and Fridge were not working in every room. They arranged a fridge in one of our rooms on-demand.

Property is ok but not maintained properly. Staffs are not trained and there are lot of insects in the room. Room was not cleaned properly. Due to some reason they were not having proper lighting etc. Overall it was below average.

It was a wonderful experience here and the amount paid was worth it. The food tasted delicious. It was an amazing experience

The rooms are not well maintained. The staff is courteous but the property needs a maintenance. The rooms are damp, the bathroom is old. The drainage system was not good in the room we stayed. We also had rat infestation as the window glass was broken and it damaged our bag and lunch box. Overall it wasn’t a good experience. The location is great but the rooms are bad.

IF YOU REALLY LOOKING FOR STAY IN MUKKI AND WANT TO ROAM AROUND THE JUNGLES OF KANHA NATIONAL PARK YOU CAN STAY IN THIS RESORT WITH VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS AND THE STAFF OF THIS HOTEL IS SO SUPPORTIVE. Stay HEALTHY ans keep TOURING

Every thing is good and excellent food location and hygiene, all staff are good and good behaviour overall my experience is very good.

A. C. Was non working. T v was not workings. Toilets were dirty, no hygienic in kitchen and restaurants. Out side area was very dirty.

It was the best experience overall, loved the place, staying there was nothing less then a 5 star service, lovely staff, good service. We went on a jungle safari drive and could witness the tiger fight, it was a different part of the world like. Thank you the sal tree resort for the service.

I had amazing experience at the seal tree resort, property is located in perfect location, gate is near by and ambiance is excellent. Food is delicious and staff is very supportive. General manager of resort takes care of each and every requirement. Management of resort is awesome they have more resorts in goa, manali and jaisalmer also. The attraction of resort is tang a standing in the entrance and river behind the resort. Must recommended resort in kanha national park.

The most awful experience- the rudest and most high handed manager (Shiv) and bad facilities. Do not stay here. On reaching the property, the manager actually threatened that we should cancel our online booking and take the refund from Makemytrip and then transfer the money directly to his bank account else he would not let us "enter the rooms". He tried to instead send us to an even worse property "Aranyak Jungle Camp" (which looked like staff quarters) at the same price even though we had booked and already paid for Kanha pride. All this drama post 8 pm in the old winter after we had a 7 hour car journey with senior citizens travelling with us and despite an email confirmation and payment already having been made in advance to makemytrip. We fought it and got our rooms in Kanha pride but it really wasn't worth it in the least. Toilets were dirty, water clogging, no hot water, badly maintained rooms, no heating, facilities not matching description on the website, thoroughly unprofessional staff. You would rather cancel your trip than stay here..

Room are not cleaned, after contacting room service, room get clean . No water heater, no t. V in room, switch are not working . We have to change the room . Could not got tea/coffee in morning, even for small things you have to walk to kitchen, because limited Mobile's idea & or landline connection . Food was good.
