Stay is homely one. The terrace has pretty good sitting arrangements made. Place is peaceful and for food swiggy/Zomato has delivery options. Any help you need Devraj the caretaker is always.

Stayed for 3 days with family. Excellent clean in a residential area. Caretaker Devaraj is polite and very helpful.

We stayed at Sam's Terrace for one night. It was a perfect stay for 2 of us, with all the amenities available inside the house. I would also like to mention that caretaker Lakshmi was of great help and a very nurturing lady she is.

Very good apartment with large spacious rooms.

Location very good, 2 bhk has queen size beds only. Family of 4 needs extra bedding. Reasonable stay.

No food arrangement at facility, this is known already. Drinking water not available. Kitchen and dining area can be made better if breakfast arrangement is made, it will save lot of time.

Pretty neat place. The apartment was well equipped with good layout. The washrooms were clean and good too. It's a little far from the MG Road but Swiggy and Zomato deliver food.

Must stay if you have travel with a group and with your own vehicle

Excellent place and surroundings. Very spacious rooms, very cleanly. Friendly and cooperative staff. Slightly remote location. Basically it is a colony. Need to have your vehicle to reach the town. Pavitra veg is a good nearby restaurant (roughly 700 meters from Sam's Terrace) which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can even Swiggy it.

The stay is clean, spacious and amazing otherwise, but the place is a little away from the city center. Although they do not serve food, you can cook/order from nearby restaurants. One upsetting thing for me was that the check-in time was 2pm and checkout was 11 and if I wanted to stay extra hours I have to pay extra charge per hour which is too much. But overall great place to stay for groups of friends, couples as well as families.

Nice property, cleanliness, and the security were up to the mark. Location of the property is good, can experience the beautiful views of Hills. The caretaker was very kind nature and the services were also satisfactory. Wi-fi was not there, had a tv but all the Channel were banned, only two news Channel was active. Room was very well-maintained.

Property is located out of Town. There was no transportation facility available. For food also we have to go very far away. I stayed there for a few hours and we were ready to pay extra money for the other room but the staff did not respond as we were late for the check-in.
