access to location is little bit difficult by 4 wheeler.but really it's a beautiful valley view and friendly staff.

location is great nearly 1 km from Vagamon town, secluded and peaceful area. it has it's own hidden aruvi at the backyard. the property services are awesome. amenities and room are just fine compared to the rates. Very Budget friendly.

Location was good.. Room cleanileness was poor.. No food was served at the home stay.

Seam valley home stay didn't provide me a stay i was shifted to other stay which is cheaper than that i already informed on call about that

Approach from main road is scary there is no kitchen or food delivery. For food one needs to use this road multiple time it's like watching horror movie several times there is no water or toiletries which they provide. Bed linen is not washed so please be ready to re use what's last customer has left behind no power backup few electrical things run on inverter so be ready for a nightmare

Actually i have booked 6 rooms in sam valley. I have got message a day before i reaching hotel that their property damaged because of rain and changed to their another property which is very worst and without my intention they have gave 3 rooms to other person and said you have only 3rooms we 12 members stayed within that 3rooms because we can't even book with other resort wagamon was very crowded on that day. Very very pathetic experience with makemytrip and samvalley. Worst. If you give 0 for rating option i can give 0. I have paid for 6rooms and cheated. I no need your discount. Kindly refund amount for 3rooms which i not used.

good part : very good view point from hotel room. rooms and wash rooms were clean. surrounding was good. bad part : foul smell from blanket , no arrangement for bed tea , towel was not in so clean and cannot use the same. Foul smell from blanket.

The hotel location is excellent and view infront of rooms are great. Hotel owner is friendly and caring person. Best place for group travellers and family.

Hello, the property was welly maintained with good power backup and sanitary fittings. Couldn’t ask for anything better as we had a pleasure of being in such an excellent place. The owner was soo polite and she was soo helping. The price was also reasonable and affordable. I would definitely suggest this stay to my friends and family. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the best i can say. Also adding to the lines above, the rooms were nicely cleaned and lit up with an eye feast view balcony.

Arrangement of food is excellent and the food was good

Make my trip charged a bomb. From other residents i could understand that room was available for 1250 rs per day when they directly booked and make my trip charged me 2000 per day. I felt o ke cheated

The property has a beautiful scenic view and the rooms are good. It's a mid budget but totally worth every penny. A quiet and a serene place. Away from the crowd
