Service was ok food was ok staff was good view of hotel was very nice all together it was a good experience

Very worst and pathetic service. None of their staff were professional, leaving 1 or 2. Rooms which they've given us landline was not working and after informing their staff said " mobile number pe call kar lijiye", water leakage in bathroom and even room lights were not working ( ceiling hanging light ) and broken. RO water they're not providing us in the room and when we asked the reason staff said " Kisko phenyl de diya tha galti se esliye RO water nahi dete to aapko mineral water lena padega".After asking the restaurant waiter that can we take food for our 4yrs child to the room as he didn't have breakfast in the buffet? Staff ( waiter) directly denied without consulting with his senior, who is sitting there in counter and very rudely replied to us that " Nahi le ja sakte hai sir aur nahi le jana yhi rule hai.How come any restaurant aur any hotel be so specific towards their rules atleast for kids you should be lenient. Staff were using mobile phones during their shift hours watching reels and chatting and they're not bothered who's passing around. Completely zero professionalism, no greetings nothing. At the time of check out we thought of discussing and highlighting the issue with so called GM. The so called GM intract with us with so much of attitude and sit infront of us in folding legs which really not appreciateble when you're attending a guest who's not happy with your services and he informed us that we are running low business so these issues are there. Seriously, how come you say this!!. Even after listening all those, he didn't even apologize, come on man.

The location of the property is good and it has a lot of amenities. Swimming pool, play area etc. Rooms are average types.. food was good 👍

Overall, I was disappointed because the hotel’spromotional photos had created a much higher expectation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, addresses the maintenance and training issues, and improves the guest experience for future visitors.

After searching online, we found the location of Sambodhi which was at a very good location and was very nice, much better than the one we had searched for.

This resort is situated by the road side.This is very neat and clean.The ambiance of this resort inside is awesome. The food quality is good. The swimming pool gives the boarders immense pleasure.The behaviour of the staff is also cordial. This property is very well maintained. The greenery of this resort is praise worthy. The car parking place is very good. In short, I was transported into a dreamland. I was very much moved to present there.

We people stay for 1 night. Location wise very good. Plenty of car parking area. Overall a very good experience.

The property is good and rooms are good too. But they need to improve food quality and service. It is still under construction, maybe once it is complete, it will be better. Currently the continuous construction noise makes the stay unpleasant.

The resort was quite great with the fine blend of luxury and nature. All the essential amenities were there. The restaurant was also quite okay. A more responsive and prompt room-service and service desk would have earned five star from me. In addition to these two issues, there is no provision for water filters, and every litre of water is being charged by the Hotel. Otherwise, the stay was quite satisfactory. It must be noted that make my trip has given us very good deal and discount for this property.

The hotel is very good. The hotel complex is huge with attractive decorations. Foods at thr restaurant were very good and the prices are reasonable. 1 star less as the staff are very lazy and took a while for checking in or getting any servives.

Hotel room quality did not match the expectation. Complimentary lunch we have opted but they have provided only 300 for every person instead of making it complimentary
