It's a very good property. I am to much satisfied as a customer. Everything is fine here. Every facility is perfect. Very much polite persons are there. Staffs are also very good in their action.

Overall experience is very nice except the food quality! Otherwise it’s an outstanding resort to spend a quality time

The entire property is a top notch for staying and enjoying your leisure time.... behaviour of staffs are very satisfying... Food Quality is awesome..... However, the quality of bedding accessories bedsheet, pillow covers was not upto the mark, which is the only thing that can be improved

The location of approach road in GPS was wrong. The room was okay, but there was poor AC services. No intercom in room and you have to call reception from personal mobile which mostly they don't pick up. The room service and restaurant service is very poor. Whatever you order the answer is "NO" or " NOT Available". The don't accept snacks order at meal times. They don't accept meal order at other times. The waiting period for a simple dinner order ( dal, rice, roti , mixed veg & egg bhurjee) is 45 minutes to an hour. The food is below average and extremely spicy & overpriced!!! The beach access is under construction! No pool rules are followed and it is also dirty sometimes with dead insects floating!

Amazing staff and great place to be with family and friends ! Nice view specially the beach is just 50 mtrs away. The house keeping staff is exceptional

Property location is good , a minute from the beach and they are extending too but nothing else wagood. Let’s start with breakfast , if you have a package , tea is free but if you want coffee it’s chargeable, if they have boiler eggs and you want omelette it’s chargeable. You can’t drink anywhere otherwise random crochet charges will apply - sometimes 350 a bottle , sometimes 1000 bucks a bottle. Staff very rude - we broke a glass and they charged us 500 for it. There were rats in one of our rooms and they didn’t change our rooms saying full. Somebody puked in the pool and they said cleaning only happens in the morning. They take any additional charges in in their personal gpay. Terrible experience , we stayed there since our regular one was booked out. Never again - oh there were marks on the sheets and they said house keeping works till 2pm only.

Very unorganised and they charged ₹800 for one charge for EV. Pool wasn’t cleaned when someone vomitted in it.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay. In addition to that, the customer service was commendable—staff members were consistently polite, helpful, and attentive. Their professional and respectful behavior created a welcoming atmosphere that made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

The resort was good bt it is not sea facing as of now but service and food is good.rooms are spacious and clean pool is also great and not very deep so comparitvely safe for kids too.
