Nice place and situated a good location to spend some time and relax. The staff team is very polite and courteous. Food quality is also very good. But the park is not well maintained.

Location is good near to the seven sisters waterfalls. The environment is peaceful. The rooms are spacious and has all the facilities. They have a good parking space and a small play area for kids. Food served is also good though the options are limited. Overall a good place to stay for vacation in cherrapunji.

The staffs were friendly and catered to all our requests. The room was clean and they provided with all amenities. The food was tasty but the breakfast options were limited. Overall a pleasant stay with amazing view. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful location near most tourist spots in cherrapunji. Very homely, helpful and courteous staff. Nice, spacious rooms with standard amenities. Good family type food with an efficient kitchen and staff at the restaurant. A must visit.

Small resort with 10 rooms but well maintained and friendly staffs. Rooms are spacious and good. Food is also good and tasty. Have one own garden cum park

Excellent hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff who are proactive to serve you. Vegetarian food is good and healthy. Limited, but decent breakfast. Location is awesome. There is a small park in resort. Many people do not know, but just get outside the gate towards the left. You can walk upto to the hills that you can see. You can spend at-least an hour in the morning over there. View is mesmerising. For sight seeing take nam's number in the reception. He is a very good driver plus guide and speaks good english or hindi. Overall, i will definitely come again

We absolutely loved our stay at san nae l laresort. The rooms were very very big and clean. The management and staff were very helpful. They helped us in booking cabs as well for local sightseeing. The restaurant there is amazing with mouthwatering delicious food. Both veg and non veg options were good. Market is there nearby if we require any essentials. Overall, the stay enhanced our trip and i would definitely recommended this resort for anyone who is planning a trip to cherrapunji.

As it is my daughter's birthday we planned for this trip. It's a very good resort with nice hilly view. And it have a children's park which is sufficient to engage a child. The bellboy, manager and other staffs are very helpful at one call. Must visit this resort

I with my daughter stayed there for a night on the 9th jun e 2023. I liked san nae l resort for its location, not far from the main road but at a picturesque location on a serene surrounding. The outside view of the resort is very good. Rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. There is a restaurant attached to the resort where the food is as per menu and preparation is very delicious. The staff behaviour is very courteous, be it front manager, bell boy, house keeping or the bearer at the restaurant. We had a delightful stay there but wished we could stay for 2 days atleast.

We were not sure about the hotel but this hotel turned out to be beyond our expectations. Room: room size was huge. Well maintained and neat and clean. Staff: very humble and extremely helpful. Food: average overall experience was very nice. The staff took care of all our needs. Food was served in the room and restaurant management was excellent. Food quality can be improved. Location is beautiful and all tourist places were easily accessible. Wonderful property.
