Sandoz palm retreat: a home away from home location and accessibility: sandoz palm retreat is ideally situated on mall road, moussoorie, dehradun, making it a prime location for tourists and locals alike. The hotel's proximity to picture palace, a popular bus stop, ensures easy accessibility. The flat road leading to the hotel is a bonus for those traveling by foot or wheelchair. Staff and hospitality: the staff at sand-oz palm retreat were exceptional in their hospitality and attentiveness. Mr. Gauruv, the general manager, was cheerful and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. Ms. Rashvi, the new manager, was supportive and made us feel right at home. Mr. Lucky, the operational supervisor, was always available to assist with any requests. Even ms. Ritu, the quiet lady at the front desk, made us feel welcome. The restaurant manager mr. Haresh was friendly and ensured that our breakfast experience was delightful. Room and amenities: while the rooms at sand-oz palm retreat are compact, they are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hotel provided a room heater, which was a thoughtful touch during our stay. Food and dining: the buffet breakfast at sand-oz palm retreat exceeded our expectations. The variety and quality of the food were impressive. The restaurant manager's cheerful demeanor added to the pleasant dining experience. Overall impression: our stay at sand-oz palm retreat was truly memorable. The hotel's convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious food made it feel like a home away from home. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and enjoyable stay in moussoorie, dehradun.

The location of the hotel is amazing, you can get the evening vibe of the hustle bustle on the iconic mall road while sitting on the balcony. Had a great stay.
