not as expected.. no area for kids to play. need few bench or seeting area. not as shown in photos

Pros: 1. Amazing food - one of the best and freshest fishes i had in Alibaug, and I have been visiting alibaug since childhood 2. Very good location - It is right in the middle, if you want to go north like Mandwa ,Kihim, Awas it's one hour or if you want to go further south like revdanda, korlai, kashid, it's one hour from there. 3. Good experience for coming with families. Cons: 1. Because it's a small family run resort, every service is slow. From food preparation to providing services for your room's, they are slow 2. They have a nice pool, but requires cleaning. We went in anyway even after reminding them to clean, they did not 3. You have to ask them to switch on the geyser supply, etc. Overall it was a 3/5 experience for me and my family.

Electricity issue, Bedsheet, Pillow covers, Blankets all are dirty, over all I will not recommend to stay at this price and rating. Only Husbnd & wife are care taker, no other person to take care of Guests.

Property at good location calm and pleasant atmosphere spacious rooms and food is delicious and on time, pool is big and easy to access.
