We had a really positive experience with the hotel staff being super helpful. Especially given the important reason for our stay our daughters PSC physical test. That support definitely make a big difference make the sta y comfortable and stress free.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was not only unprofessional but also shockingly rude, especially towards female guests. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and made our stay extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the *hygiene and cleanliness were pathetic*, and *basic amenities like blankets were not provided*. Would strongly advise against staying here — safety, respect, and cleanliness are clearly not a priority for this hotel.

Not satisfied. No bedsheets. Lack of cleanliness. We arrived at 7:30 am and the person at reception didnt allow us to stay any further, even after offering extra cash.

1.The rooms were substandard 2.No blanket, No water bottle was given only when we asked , we were told to come and take it, is the worst part of their services 3. No bedlight I will definitely not suggest anybody to take accommodation in this property

Stay was ok and the beds are neat.But bathrooms are not that great.I feel it as below average

“There isn’t enough water in the bathroom to take a proper bath. No proper maintenance is being done. Very little water comes from the shower, the bathroom tile cleaning is poor, and I didn’t like the attitude of the hotel staff either.”

This hotel offers average amenities, but my stay was overshadowed by rude staff interactions and a complete lack of flexibility around checkout time. I was unable to relax before vacating as the staff insisted on an early departure, ignoring reasonable requests. I hope the management addresses staff hospitality and makes the vacating process less stressful for future guests.

Room is very bad, bed is not good like a grass bed. No blanket provide to me. Toilet is very poor, no clean toilet. Tv is very old tv very difficult to watch. No food available. Finally roo is not clean properly.

worst stay ever i had. Hot Water not available when there is rain said by staff. No good drinking water available. Cleanless Floor Mat. Dusty wall behind bed. Not working old TV. Un regulated fan. works full speed on Ist level. No bedsheet/towel available.

very bad experiance for me, first of all, the room was stinkyband full of dust.. ac was pumping dust all over.. Zero house keeping and old non working TV bad bed, overall terrible experiance

Rooms are spacious than shown in the photos. Good supporting staffs. Near to Trivandrum central Railway station. Overall value for money.

Rooms, toilets, equipments are too old, Lot of mosquitoes. turkey and blankets are not available.

Very good hotel best for family stay but they didn't have offline booking only online booking is required
