Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the mr and mars sarkar. They are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Very convenient location, great hosts, there is also a family nearby serving home made food on order. Nice amenities all around, definitely recommend this as a home stay.

Sarkar premium home stay is an amazing place in cuttack. Located at the city center with many shops etc nearby and also the mahanadi river. The hosts are an elderly couple who welcome you with whole heart and amazing people to have a conversation and share a light moment. This stay has everything that one needs, must recommended

Sarkar home stay is excellent. Room, toilet & kitchen are well maintained. Nice interior decoration & the location is good. Hospitality & behaviour of the owner & the staff is very good & wish to visit again with full family.

Host was fine and courteous, room was clean, problem was lack of transparency of booking - i tried to book room with balcony but when confirmation came it shown as ground floor - that we tend to overlook as while booking and picot it was showing second floor room - that is not fair - also ground floor room no crosss ventilation unless ac is switched
