    The property is not at all good. The pricing is high as compared to comfort. Cleanliness poor. The Suit room is like an ordinary room. We could find the remains of the eatables on chairs. There were no items in the minibar when it was mentioned that it will be complimentary. No one was there to drop or take the luggage out. Even the guards kept sitting when we came out of car. we took our luggage out ourselves. The corridors outside the rooms were dark and muggy with no AC . Everywhere there was cost cutting.

    Inefficient Front office

    Front office team is inefficient. Me and my wife were travelling to Jaipur and booked this hotel for 1 night. Check in and check out process is time consuming. We were given a room which is way smaller than a regular room size with smaller than queen size bed. We called the front office to change the room and the second room offered to us was interconnected and we could hear the next room guests voice. It was a frustrating moment and again stepped down to reception to inform this and in 3rd attempt they finally given me the regular room. No room service menu was available and we called the IRD which took nearly 50 minutes after calling thrice. Food and restaurant service is good.
