Property is situated in prime location, food facility was not available, other amenities & services excellent. Behaviour of all staff very good.

I recently stayed at sasya elite, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First, the tv in my room was not operational during my entire stay, despite bringing it to the attention of the staff. This left me without entertainment or even basic comfort after a long day. Moreover, the room cleaning service was incredibly inconsistent. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis, which i found disappointing. When it was eventually cleaned, the standard of cleanliness was not up to expectations. I had hoped for a much better experience, especially considering the price i paid. The lack of proper maintenance and poor service really impacted my stay, and i would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

I love the stay and hospitality by the very humble and polite staff. Made my stay like home. Food is very good here

This is not a hotel, its pg or hostel. Difficult to stay with family members.

Car parking is not available in premises.
