Stay was very good with pleasant service. They provided good breakfast also which was complimentary. Hot water available round the clock and parking facility is also good. Overall it was very good experience

Location - it's at trasi, 12 kms from kundapura bus-stand to trasi, on side of nh 66. Address - second floor, t-ii-512, amba towers, trasi, trasi kundapura, karnataka. Type- a highway inn, beside n. H-66. Second floor of a newly build shopping complex converted for lodging purposes. Amenities - pros. 1. A lift provisioned outside the shopping complex to the 2nd floor. 2. All the beds, cupboards, sofa etc provisioned are new at present (9/2023, cons. 1. There is no room service, except a caretaker to handover keys and to take it back. 2. No restaurant attached to the building and hence complimentary breakfast mentioned by the service provider is a farce. No good restaurants even nearby. 3. Hot water to bathroom is by solar system and hence not available 24 hrs. No geysers separately. 4. Parking at own risk and control by management to the area. Since being the front area of a shopping mall beside n. H, the vehicle parked could get jammed and no ease of egress. Verdict. An above average highway inn for short stays. No a premium one.

The service was bad i hygienic place very very bad approach. I would not recommend this place to any one.

i was extremely disappointed with my stay. the place lacked basic amenities such as coffee/tea, wi-fi, and even a nearby restaurant. the staff seemed disinterested in offering any service, making the overall experience worse. we couldn't even stay beyond 30 minutes and decided to check out. i felt completely cheated, and i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
