Terrible Stay

They don’t know how treat the guest.. they’re sooo rude and I gave my cousins id also after then also that lady was standing outside of my room. I mean disgusting! We went up to put luggage and she’s treating us like a teacher she don’t know how to talk with a guest... I mean I stayed in so many hotels but this hotel is shit , ther mentality is sooo cheap after seeing thats my brother and second thing the room was soo dirty , there was hair on bed and some oil bad smell in bedsheet I mean one of the worst experience , wasted my money

Excellent Stay

It was A great stay by all points, 1. Location very near to Railway station and bus stand. 2. ⁠cozy rooms with full view of side river. 3. ⁠Very good 2 different restaurants, One with BBQ - Veg and Non veg both and just side of pool at 8th floor while 2nd one was at GF with delicious foods. 4. ⁠All floors were full of light and good view of all sides.

Had a very disappointing experience. The front desk staff were polite and courteous, but their managers came across as arrogant and unhelpful. Service quality was poor, hygiene was lacking, and shockingly, despite ordering vegetarian food, I was mistakenly served non-vegetarian. If compared with average hotels, it might seem acceptable, but it certainly does not meet the standards of a 3- or 4-star property. We had booked this hotel based on our excellent stay at Sayaji Kolhapur, which was truly outstanding. Unfortunately, this property fell far short of expectations.

Sad and heartbreaking

Very poor response by Shreya and Subham at front desk. In over a decade and across all Sayaji properties never encountered such issues. Such passive aggression not expected. Requested to speak to GM, got told what will the GM do? Is it arrogance of the team or the GM has no interest to speak to a guest. My last stay in any Sayaji from here.
