Hotel staff are supportive. It is a new building. I asked for the extra bedsheet and they provided that. The hotel staff will guide you for the appropriate places to visit

Staying at sb residency was a good experience all the facilities were very good. Getting hot water in the morning is a must in Ooty. Only tea and coffee were not available.

Better than adequate

We travelled as a family - 2 adults and 2 children. Room space was adequate, location is easily accessible, reception attendants are gentle and polite. But they need to provide good drinking water 24×7. The mattresses were poor. The food quality served to room was okay, but a bit expensive. Considering time to travel a restaurant, wait for occupying seats, and pay a heavy bill. When all these combined, having food in room is far better. But, we can have our single use spoons and plates made of natural material. Other than these shortcomings, it was a GOOD experience.

Simple and ordinary room. Nearby a rounding 2km murugan temple, lake, rose garden. Room-boy service was ok. But there was car parking problem. You can choose budget friendly only not luxury.

No sufficient water to drink& maintenance is also not good. Hot water is not available through the day. No dustbin are provided inside the room

We booked this property only to stay for one night. We reached this property at around 10pm and checking in and other things went smooth. But the major issue what we faced is there was no hot water available in restroom at that time. And when we checked with the receptionist he told it will be available from 4am. Room size is small and building also looks little old. If you are planning only to spend a night and check out in the morning you can give a try for this accommodation. We booked this property only for the reason it was less price when compared to the other accommodations.

Location was good to reach town. Hygiene and service not up to the cost charged. Not recommended family stay but as a tourist place we have to adjust with what we are getting due to unavailability.

I had to book this place as it was peak season and nothing else was available. Bathroom is ok but bed sheets were not clean. Disturbing sleep as police raided this place in the mid night. Overall not recommended for people travel-ling with family.
