The property is well maintained and very clean rooms. Food is excellent and the buffet spread is great. The staff is also helpful and good. Swimming pool and play area for kids there. Gym there too. Spa will be coming soon. They should have light music near the swimming area too which will enhance the vibe. Parking is there behind the property 1 min walk. The closest beaches are fatrade, varca, carmona.

Helping faculty with beautiful ambiance. Rooms were adequate for 3 people, along with an extra bed and accommodation, which was better compared to nearby hotels. Would highly recommend this property.

Recently open hotel with a spacious quality rooms. Have a big restaurant with vast food menu. Very near to fatarade beach where can spend quality near and away from crowd. Recommend to all family travelers who want peace and comfortable stay.

It was a pleasant stay experience in sea breeze sarovar portico, varca, goa. We had stayed for 3 days & 2 nights from 8th to 10th october. We checked out on 10th october and travel-led to north goa. Since our return journey to our hometown we booked for 12th october we decided to come back to south goa and stay one more day in sea breeze sarovar portico. The staff are very good and all are greeted with a smile. The restaurant ambience was very nice and the food quality including varieties were awesome. We look forward to staying in this property again and definitely will recommend it to our friends and family as well.

It was a pleasant stay in this property for a short holiday trip of 4 day. All staff greeting the guests with smile. The restaurant ambience is very nice and the variety of choices are available. There is a well maintained swimming pool, gym, children playing area.

The stay was very good and relexing. The staff was very humble even they served the complementry dinner at room after 12 am, because we reached late. The food quality was awesome. Although the hotel is in interiors but overall the hotel is very very good.

This is a new property around 10 -15 mins drive from the varca beach. The stay was good and the rooms are big and clean. There is an aesthetic vibe in the room. Food and service is also good. Will definitely recommend this place for stay when visiting south goa.

Rooms are nice & staff is good. Parking is very far from main entrance. It’s good property for those who want peace. Its far from city & its single hotel in between forest.
