Room was never cleaned during our stay. TV didn’t work at check-in and took 2 hours to fix. Water stopped in the morning, and the window couldn’t be closed. AC was broken. Basic services need urgent improvement.

I have added breakfast by. Paying additional charges, out of 3 days only 2 days breakfast was provided and it's was brought from near by local shop and handed over to us with a plate and only breakfast option was dosa or puri sabji nothing else not even a tea, no water was provided when asked for the same they said you have to buy it from out side, we have to buy from Outside

The rooms were horrible. Water was pouring from the ceiling. Ac was not working properly. Tv was not working. Towel not provided with an excuse of the rainy season. No soap was provided. No intercom was there. In a nutshell the promised amenities were not problvided

very bad experience here as per mentioned in the details of the hotel . nothing is available , they mentioned the working table , fridge , hot water kettle is available in the description , nothing is available , for the 1st, 2 days the ac was not working after informing multiple times they fix it . The Bed is in very bad condition . Cleaning is not proper. no proper toiletry available like paste , soap for 1st day they provided water after that for the rest of the 3 days they have not provided. if you are planning a vacation I will suggest you don't book here you will regret it, genuine review. for the 1st time I was feeling bad for choosing this

Good stay and good place to stay, you can even order from food from zomato and swiggy, even the view is also good

Our stay was disappointing. The room did not have a well maintained and clean attached bathroom, and the bed was uncomfortable and damaged. Additionally, breakfast was not provided on time, which forced us to leave without eating. Overall, the experience was not up to expectations.

i had a wonderful stay at sea rock qality inn and resorts. the location is perfect with an amazing sea view. the attached restaurant and in-room amenities like ac, tv, and 24-hour hot water added great value. the spring bed was particularly helpful as i was dealing with a backache after a long journey... it made a big difference. the staff was courteous, prompt, and attentive, always checking if i needed anything. overall, a comfortable and satisfying experience.

Service is poor , they 1st given us Non AC Room , after 4 hours they shifted us to our booking room. Initially they gave room at 5 th floor , where it was not that clean then after arguing they shifted us to 3rd floor .

It was an horibble experience for me and my partner i reached there at 10 am he said they will give me as i was early check in , once cleaned . Then he said we will give you room after 12 pm as you have booked . So i waited there then at 12:00 he said all rooms are filled once someone checkout then i will get room then at around 12:30 he said room is cleaning we will give you in 10 minutes then around 1:00 pm i got a room on terrace a single room was there on that floor and the condition or that room was pathetic and then i asked to change the room he said adjust for half an hour we will give you another room then around 1:40 i again called him to change the then he replied room is getting cleaned he said we will give you room in next 10 minutes then i called make my trip customer care around 2 :00 pm then around 2:30 i got another room in which there was no tv and no supply of water in washroom as well it was the worst decision of my life to choose that hotel .

I stayed there for 4 nights...Everyday there was a issue of lack of water in washroom.. In morning no water for bath..For this reason..I got late in almost everyday

i had an average experience not too bad not too good at this hotel. since i booked through mmtp and opted for flexible check-in (6-8 am) due to my early train arrival, i was initially allotted a normal room until the official check-in time of 11 am. the small room's washroom had a dysfunctional flush, which was disappointing. later, i was upgraded to a bigger room with a partial sea view, and the staff was helpful throughout. however, i'd advise a booking rooms without breakfast/meals, as the options are outsourced and not great, especially the veg options at their pricey restaurant downstairs. overall, the rooms are okay, and the staff is helpful, so it's worth considering if you're looking for a place to stay. huge disappointment for breakfast no kitchen👎🏻.

Rooms were decent . A lil bit maintenance will add up to a more delightful stay. RK beach is just 2kms away and there are so many food joints available nearby. The receptionist was very helpful in getting our bikes on rent.

Staff and everything thing ok, no greaser. Windows and everything old so please review and book the same
