The room felt quite compact and did not match the way it was portrayed in the pictures. Overall, the stay was just average and did not meet expectations.

Lift was not working and steps were dumped with wastes. Bedsheets and towerls were not clean and room looks very old. Not like what they show in the picture

I stayed in your hotel in 2014, at that time the condition of the hotel was first class. That's why this time also i thought it right to stay in your hotel because the location is also right. But this time i am disappointed. If possible you should renovate your hotels and also hire staff who keeps the hotel neat and clean.

Room was congested, bath room is not comfortable, no meal and breakfast service. Others ok anyway.

Sea shell hotel met with fire accident. They informed you about the incident but you didn’t inform us. It is very inconvenient to us. This is not good services.

Average stay, no communication with mm t where from booked. After check inn 1 hour told your booking is canceled. No food facility, i booked with compliment breakfast but not provided. No hot water in bathroom.

Room maintenance was v poor towels aren’t properly clean can see brown spots on it i won’t recommend anyone

Cleanliness was the big issue from room to bed. Even after multiple complaints to the staff, there was little action. Even the towel stand came out in the bathroom - very poor-quality bath accessories. No complimentary water or tea nothing. Bed sheets & towels were really horrible. My son was not able to sleep in his own cord due to dust.

the room and wash room has very bad smell and the breakfast they provided is not good. they are not maintaining in hygiene it's so bad experience for me sorry. and their service is also worst. i want to say the room is not worth to the amount i pay very bad maintenance of bathroom and room🤦.

Hotel room was not worth the money they charge. Very small room. Bathroom was not well maintained.

We checked in and they allotted us a room with one wall full of seepage, stinging, no hot water supply and missing in basic amenities. When requested they kept delaying, after few hrs we asked for room change. This also they agreed but kept us waiting for another hour. The room allotted later was a good stay. Just beware to check the room before you checkin and don't trust them for getting any of your request enetertained. The complimentary breakfast is provided as food parcel! not a recommended stay as ample of properties are available nearby at better prices and amenities.

The lobby of the hotel is very bad. Very bad smell when leaving the room. Breakfast is bought from outside. Food quality is not good. The room is very congusted. , service is very bad. overall experience is very bad.

Bed and bathrooms were dirty. Pictures posted are misleading.

There is no window. Bathroom is like very small. Cleanliness at its peak. No hot water. No words to describe just see the pictures attached(

Proper pest control has not been done by the authorities.
