The service was disappointingly below par. We endured a two-hour wait just for a cup of tea. Eventually, we opted to dine elsewhere for both lunch and dinner. Despite claims of being a new establishment, the property lacked proper maintenance. Issues like hygiene problems, broken and leaking taps, and an inadequate number of staff incapable of managing group bookings were prevalent. However, a bright spot was their charming dog which was a delightful aspect of the experience.

Rooms were not clean, bedsheets and pillow covers were not up to the marks, very small size. Not idle for a family of three. No satisfactory return for money spent
