Worst hotel to stay

We had the worst experience here, at 3:30 am in the morning we were told that they could not check us in as they don’t have any connections with make my trip. We had to fight for an hour with the unresponsive staff for the checkin, and we had to pay extra. After that we had all the cockroach and dirty water in shower as a welcome gift. It is really the most terrible hotel.

I booked the hotel by 5. 30 and it automatically got booked for 12-6pm later they asked me to pay the same amount
