It was a total rejuvenating experience, a 100 year old property, well maintained keeping the experience as alive, yet well synchronised with modern amenities for a well pampered stay. Must stay at least for a night

A hidden gem or say jewel pvt villa in goa, pristine serene cool and cosy environment with a perfect private location away from hustle and bustle of cities, execelent host and caretaker, reasonably priced. Will visit again sure

This was absolutely wonderful experience i have. The separate property located in a separate island with local and helpful people. I have enjoyed thoroughly and would love to come back again. If you are looking for a private space and wats to spend some time with yourself. This nature guarding place is perfect for that.

Excellent Stay

It's not worth even half the rent they are demanding. It is in a totally abandoned area of goa with zero security and negative maintenance. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. There were at-least 30-40 empty beer bottles lying here and there around the house. It's not a villa. Just a small old house. When i pointed out the issues to the manager, i was told to leave the property and had to book somewhere else It's been 6 days not since the issue has been raised and nobody is doing anything to resolve the issue.

Pro. Village away from city rush, nice route, self sufficient kitchen, cooperative host. Cons. Expensive in comparison of other properties with services. Need improvement in terms of security, back up services in case of electricity, reptiles, internet, med issues

Poor Stay

The manager being unresponsive and arrogant from the beginning. Finding it difficult to locate the property, i kept calling them, my calls were taken after an hour, i kept roaming on the roads with my kid and my husband who had come to drop us. We reached the location at 8 in the night. She gave us contact details of few hotels around, none of the connected. She even told us, no one had informed her about the booking. I wanted to check out right away, the owner ms kalpana simply told their is no refund. She didn't bother to call even once to check on us. I kept speaking to different executives on mmt, giving them contact numbers of manager, owner and so on. Mm t simply told they are unable to contact the property and hence can do nothing. Neither i could contact that manager entire night after she left, neither the owner. I had paid 15000 for two nights. My husband had to cancel his meeting. I could get through in the morning, asked for cook, i was told 'last minute mat batao, urvashi'
