This beautiful stay as the name is very secluded and away from the city hustle.The beach is very clean and well Maintained and sound of waves is very soothing to hear.The rooms are well maintained and very cosy ,the royal villa we booked had an outdoor shower which was special as you could hear the birds chirping. The food is good well prepared but good be little more affordable. Overall it’s beautiful property to spend time with your loved ones

Poor Stay
Resort in itself not maintained, old built doesn’t justify the price. I booked by paying 10k for 2 people, but doesn’t justify the price . For family type please don’t book. I checkd in and then checked out. Big no

Good Property - sea facing but need maintenance
The experience was really good. The rooms were very clean. Overall the property is bit old and needs maintenance. We had booked a pool view room and the pool was under maintenance. Hence, they provided complimentary dinner. Otherwise, the cost of food is extremely high. For eg, 1 plate banana fry + 3 tea costed me 1032 rupees, was it worth is, absolutely No. positives - clean rooms and washrooms, sea facing property with no rush. Food menu was limited but whatever they provided was really good and freshly made. Hopefully maintenance is taken care in the future and I would like to visit again.

Wonderful Experience. We booked for 2 families- Premium villa and only we were there during the stay. Good Stay
This resort is a perfect getaway with direct access to a super clean, serene beach. The property is well-maintained and spotless. Food is freshly prepared to order and tastes amazing. Slight downside—it’s slightly expensive, and there’s no bar, but overall a great stay for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.

Wonderful Stay—Ambience, Pool & Beach Access On Point!
We had an excellent stay overall.The ambience of the place was calm and refreshing.Private access to the beach made the experience extra special.The pool area was beautiful and perfect for unwinding. The only thing we found a bit pricey was the food.

Quiet and Good Resort
I went with my family on the weekend to this resort. The service and rooms were excellent and the resort had a direct private beach area which was Nice. The pool was also very clean and neat. The Royal villa has a roof top open bathroom which was also nice. The food in the restaurant is too expensive. Even a Tea costs 120/- thats something we were worried.

It is a good property but it has less staff so the present staff gets a lot of work load and therefore it hampers the service and its quality

True to its name, the property is beautifully secluded from the city’s hustle. But honestly, you won’t feel the need to step out at all, gorgeous beach, delicious food, a spotless pool, and the kindest staff we’ve come across. Loved every bit of our stay and would definitely return on our next Kerala trip!

Good Stay
Good stay and good property and good staff but food is super expensive similar to the rates if we eat in Germany. E.g. rate for one Kerala Porota is Rs.100/-. Being a Malayalee, I find no logic to charge such high for food in a Kerala village resort of this catergory.

Not Recommended – Lacks Basics Despite Premium Pricing
We stayed at Seclude Kerala, Marari Sands with family last Thursday and Friday. Overall, the experience was disappointing. There was no staff at the front desk initially, though someone who came later was supportive and helpful. No welcome drinks or warm reception were offered. There was no manager or responsible person present during our stay. The restaurant had very limited food options for lunch, and the pricing was shockingly high—beyond even 7-star property rates, which felt completely unjustified. We booked a Premium Villa room, but it was just average and not worth the money. Cleanliness was very poor, and the air conditioner didn’t work properly, making it hard to stay during the hot summer days. Would not recommend this place based on our experience.

The Royal villa was excellent especially the open bath area. Food was very nice and served with passion. Pool is good sized and clean. Premises are neatly maintained. Highlight was the private beach. Clean almost white sand. True privacy and secluded indeed. Was able to hang out and enjoy the night breeze while sleeping in the swings and beach seats 🏖️. Cordial manager and staff. Reception and entrance can be made to look much better as that’s the first impression. Weather was good at this time of the year - Dec 20th. Food was a bit expensive and not too many restaurants to go around. May need a bit more security around the beach areas.
