It was good experience at senthur inn hotel, only food facilities are not there in hotel but you can order anything from swigee

Fantastic stay at Senthur Inn Vellore! The room was enough spacious and fresh spotless, comfortable bed, and thoughtfully equipped. The reception staffs are attentive very much helpful service was top-notch – welcoming, efficient, and friendly. A truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for business travelers travelling to Vellore.

Senthur inn is primly located in sathuvachari and very near to the bangalore highway. The staffs are very responsive provides all necessary services from ordering foods, arranging taxi for railway station pickup and drop. All of above the room is like in a 4* hotel. We have come for treatment. They provides all necessary info to us. Very thankful to reception guys and we will visit again.

I am wilson many and my wife rosy stayed two days at sentur inn velloor. We have got a very nice room, well painted and cleaned room with necessary aminities including led tv, a/c and necessary furniture. The rate of the room is remarkably low when i compared with other areas. I wish to stay the same place again when we required.

The stay at the hotel was nice, but disadvantage is that it does not have restaurant, you have to be dependent on online food and the hotel stay is a bit costly.

Great location and near to highway as well but one issue is of parking. Neat, clean and well maintained. Hotel staff is also good in hospitality.

The rooms, facilities, locations were good but maintenance was average, soon we entered the room started sneezing, the bed upolhtories and furnitures were covered in dust which would be the worst trigger of dust allergies spoke regarding the same to the staff but his response was just the mixed smile and laugh as if i was joking owner really need to pay surprise visits to the property and consider maintenance

Rooms were clean. Other than that not a place to stay. No food. Not even a coffee available. Cooler in the lobby was not working. Staff didn’t look professional.

Experience with make my trip and hotel

Firstly i would request make my trip app to rectify the false information given on your app. I have booked 2 bedded family room in senthur inn vellore as shown by make my trip app and also paid 20000 rupees for the same. Whereas i was given one bed luxury room which was for 15000 only. So what's the benefit of booking from make my trip app. It was loss of 5000 for me. Better i have booked room by calling directly at the hotel. Not happy by the service of make my trip app. It was fault on your side not ours so why should i pay for that. You even did not refunded the difference amount to me which is also unacceptable.
