The stay was awesome as the suite was excellent. Very cosy and comfortable. If you really want an encounter with nature in true sense, do visit serendipity, both the host rohit & dinesh were excellent. I will like to come back soon. Good luck team serendipity and best wishes.

I felt quite difficultly in finding the property's location. The location shown in the google maps is quite inaccurate. We should go quite forward after reaching google location. After reaching there, they only carried our luggages till room. The room was really good. Bathroom is also good. Viewing from the room is great. They will provide snacks & dinner by paying money, that is also very tasty. I really felt very happy. But the property is very far from the main city. Keep that in mind before booking.

The cottage is very good, neat and clear. The location is very good. Service is very good. Food quality is also very good. The suite room is designed very well. Overall i am satisfied by staying at serendipity by the mountains. I will rate 5 out of 5 in all aspects.

Awesome location. Very very peaceful. Good and helpful staff. Please be a little careful when booking cars. The have a middleman who negotiated and increased prices.

We found this property in mm t and we are very glad that we chose to stay there, the weather of that location was very cold even in the month of april which is exactly what we were looking for, and most importantly we really loved the rooms, the only thing i would like to point out is the maintenance, otherwise it's supercool. We would like to visit there again. Thank you.

The stay was beautiful and majestic. The location is just awesome and the people here are amazing especially the host plus food is a plus. They also arrange our sightseeing in sit-tong and darjeeling with genuine price. We got picked from njp and since that time we were very overwhelmed with their services. The best homestay so far and very much soon we will be back.

But what truly sets this place apart is its warm and welcoming community. The people here are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. And let's talk about the food – absolutely phenomenal! Every dish served was a culinary delight, bursting with flavor and prepared with love. The highlight of my stay was the bonfire evening, where we gathered under the starlit sky, sharing stories and laughter while roasting marshmallows. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, arranging a delightful BBQ upon prior notice. Waking up to the serene sunrise over the mountains was a spiritual experience in itself, while the night sky offered a mesmerizing canvas for star gazing, leaving me in awe of the universe. Serendipity by the Mountains is not just a place to stay; it's a sanctuary for the soul, where every moment is filled with joy and wonder.

I liked the photos and description. However, the location was not accurately mentioned. But it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were responsive, excellent food delivered in room. Enjoyed excellent scenic view from the room, you can get free wifi while all the basic amenities were in place. A nice place to stay a couple of days who want to get relief in nature, away from the din and bustle of the cities.

I’m shay-an sankar roy. The homestay was great but there are some problems that owner and the staff to resolve. There is nothing around the hotel. Not a single tapri so staff and owner should install a stall near their homestay for needs. There is not a heater in the room so anybody comes in winter it will be hard to survive, there’s no laundry service and also not a dryer so these things should be change. Otherwise there is a mesmerising view from homestay. Also it is on sit-tong so if you come by motorcycle please ride with ease and drive safely, because the road was not that safe one. In this homestay food is very good and also dinesh the caretaker is very friendly so he will co-operate if you have any problems.

Location was far from town, very peaceful, road condition at the moment is not good, seen lots of birds around the property, property is good but not furnished up to the expectations. Food served was okay. All the staffs were very helpful and responsive.
