It's one of the most beautiful places i have ever stayed at. It's a bit away from the main city, but close to tangmarg market. It's only convenient to travel if you have your own vehicle otherwise you will end up stranded. That being said, we loved our room cum cottage. It was clean and beautiful and very very spacious and well maintained and had great facilities for a budget stay. It overcompensated us. The main caretaker imtiaz bhai is a rock star! he is an all rounder. He took such such great care of us, going out of his way to look after us. He even gave us lavender saplings from nearby garden. Little azam is also a very sweet boy, he too took good care of us and provided us good service. The owner, mehreenji was in touch with us to make sure we are safe and comfortable. I will surely revisit serene stay and recommend to all those especially the ones who want a slightly isolated and beautiful place to stay in their trip. Surrounded in solitude and utter beauty and gardens around. Food was available 24/7 with the help of the doctor's restaurant within the premises. They even gave a room for our driver to stay at night. We are very grateful. Thank you so much.

Our stay was a delightful experience, offering a perfect blend of budget-friendly pricing and heartwarming hospitality. Imtiaaz and aazam welcomed us warmingly. The rooms had cozy beds and all amenities, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. The food was delicious and reminded us of home-cooked food. Overall it was a memorable experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by our gracious host.

It was on of my best stays away from home, serene stay is indeed in midst of a serene valley, the room was well equipped with a bukhari (traditional heater) a room heater and heated blankets, the washrooms were neat and tidy with a huge geyser, the food and hospitality was top notch with imtiyaz bhai and azam taking good care of us, and the food was delicious local cusine ! loved our stay here !

Serene stay villa is located around 30 minutes away from gulmarg valley, away from the crowd. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The best part of the stay is imtiyaz( the caretaker) and his cooked food.

Location is very easily accessible through car. Host and caretaker were always in touch guiding us all the way through. Food was really good and hospitality was way better

Me and my husband stayed for one night at serene stay villa. It was such a pleasant and hospitable experience for us. To be honest, we did not expect much (given the economical price tag, but we were in for a surprise. This is a newly developed property, managed by a doctor cum entrepreneur who takes care of the guests's expectations and requirements. They have installed a new generator to keep 24x7 power supply for our comfort. Heating, hot water, food, hygeine were the highlights. I'll make sure to stay at this property during our next visit to gulmarg! keep it up!

Due to some urgency, we have to check out early from hotel. But meeran helped a lot in getting back the rest of the amount for the leftover stay. He is very kind, supportive and understanding. I highly recommend this place due to the nice stay and supportive hotel employees which makes it a perfect place for a peaceful stay. Thanks!
