I was allotted Room 114, which was a small single-bed corner room with very limited space to move around. At first, the room had a mild air-freshener scent, but within an hour, an unpleasant drainage smell started spreading throughout the room. Despite setting the air conditioner at 16°C, it barely cooled the space and seemed to have maintenance issues. The geyser was also not functioning, so I couldn’t get hot water for bathing, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the telephone placed in the room didn’t work, making it difficult to contact reception or housekeeping. The overall condition of the property appeared quite neglected — far from what was shown in the photos online. The room’s interiors and amenities clearly need improvement and proper maintenance. Considering this hotel was listed on MMT as one of the best budget options, the experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations set by the platform.

Stay was comfortable, check in process was smooth. Receptionist helped arrange cabs, gave tips on public transportation and other misc recommendations for tourist.

Good place to stay at a well connected place in the city. The staff was very helpful and dedicated to making my stay there a very pleasant experience.
