We were amazed at the hospitality of the Serenity la Serene staff. They always responded to our every request with a smile and went out of the way to get it done. The Serenity la Serene is even equipped with a gym and a jacuzzi. The wifi facility is great with excellent network speed. Location was great peaceful and calm. Service staff was good, though they could be a little faster in their service. Over all enjoyed the stay and look forward to recommend to my other friends and colleagues as well.
Service can be faster. Over all stay experience was very good as compared to similar properties. It’s at a very peaceful location in interiors of Madhapur rather than too much traffic area.

Located in quiet and clean place Serenity la Serene is kept clean as well. I had booked with breakfast fare but finally don't know how only room fare was booked. Only bothersome thing was offensive smell at around 5 am intensity of which woke all of us. It was like sewer/drainage line leak. Receptionist was hearing about this for first time. Baby food was prepared as advised and it was nice.

Located almost near <1km) to the hi-tech-city-madhapur main road. Facilities and ambiance are absolutely amazing at this price tag! looking forward to staying again in near future, whenever we visit to hyderabad.
Very happy to stay in the comfortable Serenity la Serene room with almost all amenities. Beds, a/c, geyser, internet, bathroom etc are all in good quality.

Average Serenity la Serene, You can't spend much time in the room as it's too small and you have to pay extra if you check-in before 12PM. Overall it's avarege not the seemless though iot has it's location advantage. May be for some business it would be nice, better don't choose if you want to spend with your family.

Its a good Serenity la Serene with all amenities and staff is very cooperative, and also should try their menu, food tasted delicious, even though you can get a lot of eateries nearby the Serenity la Serene. And the best thing is this Serenity la Serene does have all services from gym to airport drop.

Very nice Serenity la Serene to stay with, the place of the Serenity la Serene is not very nearer to popular hubs but still is in good place. The room cleanliness is very good. And the facilities at the Serenity la Serene are very nicely maintained. The staff and boys are very good and supportive.

Room was too good. Only thing was the lighting could have been little darker and a warm color would have made it excellent, as it was too bright inside with white light. Rest everything was commendable.

The Serenity la Serene was located at a convenient location, accessible to multiple spots. Staff was friendly and understanding. We got free upgrade to suite room which was nice. It had a fridge as well which worked well for us.

The Serenity la Serene was extremely very clean, good job on the house cleaning staff, breakfast spread limited at adequate. The chicken briyanyi was excellent. Service was very good and staff was very friendly and helpful and efficient.

I travelled with family for a short trip. Stayed at their branch in Kavuri Hills phase 2. It was a comfortable stay. Breakfast had decent South Indian options though could have had more variety. Location close to Madhapur metro station and shopping areas. All in all good experience.
