overall we had a a pleasant time in goa, staying at serenova hotel. except for 1 day where breakfast was delayed, rest was all good. the most peaceful location to live in. we would gladly come back someday. thank you 😊

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and and great first impression of hotel. Everything was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

I have no words to express, sere-nova was one of the finest experiences i've ever had in the last two years. The rooms and entire property is maintained very neat and clean. Rooms are spic and span and spacious with wide windows for cross ventilation. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I will suggest sere-nova for a great and happy stay.

It was a good experience. Only concerned about the cleaning of room. They can improve the regular cleaning of the rooms and can put the toiletry atleast. Overall it was a good experience!

The location is calm. Exterior is okeyish. We thought its hotel as mentioned in name but its homestay so were a bit worried but the room. It was amazing. Cozy homely feeling. Windows three two side in bedroom and. One window occupied wall in hall. Cons - breakfast was mentioned while booking but we had to ask and the caretaker then brought packed 2 plate idli from outside with tea. We were hoping for a better service. We were given hand 4 towels in place of bath towels after asking only. As they said laundry hasn't come. Small things but if you are planning to book apprtmenr only for sleeping and self partying. Its great. Market is only 5 mins by scooty and 10 mins walking. Safe at 1 am also. Overall good stay.

Location is good, nice warm ambience, very spacious room. Giving a 4 star rating as there was only drawback of not having an in-house restaurant. So had to order from zomato or swiggy everytime which was a bummer.

Rooms are good and spacious however the bed was very small and i’ve already mentioned about the kid the major issue is the hotel doesn’t have the kitchen u can’t even have your morning tea or snacks
