Property - huge & luxurious location - beautiful view from the balcony, overlooking palm trees & the creek food - the buffet was tasty and lavish (veg only) amenities - good mix of modern & classic decor service - special mention for an amazing customer experience, everyone took care of us bonus - safe & comfortable toddler room

Ideal location. Beautiful surrounding. All the staff is very polite and helpful and the response to complaints was very quick. I had some issues with my room and i was immediately shifted to another room. Food was amazing. Dinning room staff was exceptional especially prachi was very helpful and her hospitality was excellent. I would not only recommend but love to stay in this beautiful hotel again. Few suggestions like should have bathroom slippers and hair drier. Also tissue papers in the room.

Hotel have good ambiance and fo team is very polite, when we entered to the room very spacious room they have apart from that bathroom is very well designed and was filled with all the bath amenities due to late check in i was not able to enjoy pool rest everything was fantastic hopefully will visit again
