Review Of Shaan Coco Palms Beach Resort Morjim

Our overall experience was average. There is limited parking space available for guests. The food quality was decent but could be improved, and the breakfast spread had very few options. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bed sheets and towels needs more attention.

Resort is family-friendly, neat cottages, clean pool, relaxing vibe

Overall the property was quite good, room was spacious and clean, pool was also very good and clean. Location was really nice. Only the room service was not up to the mark regarding ordering food. Breakfast was average. Could be better with more options.

The property and maintenance of the property are really good. It's a nice and comfortable stay, the staff is very sweet too. Except the restaurant, it is highly overpriced and is very unhygienic, and the food too is not that great. The staff at the restaurant is kinda rude. The beach access is pathetic from the restaurant. There is a drain overflowing towards the beach and from the restaurant exit to the beach. It felt like the worst place to be at. Wouldn't recommend during these two months maybe during the dry seasons its better.

Beware of the Delux Room right next to the Spa room in this resort, the view is not like as it’s shown over MMT, ,no room service, you cannot expect a cup of Tea when you wake up in morning time, ,,,,,,,,the intercom stops working in odd hours, you get the busy tone, possibly because just one single Security person taking care of everything in night and early morning.

Worst property and service id more worst, if u call reception they don’t do things pto actively untill you call them 5 times and request

issue with the food and lazy service in the restaurant..less varieties of food in breakfast buffet..that too not good in taste at times..dissapointed with the room cleaning..stains in the bedsheets and pillow.

The resort is good but rooms need renovation. The room size was quite big, airy and ample natural light was coming. This being an off season may be a reason but used dishes, dirty crockery was lying everywhere even near the pool and no one picked them for hours. That aside it was a good one night stay. The proximity to the beach was the best thing!

It’s a decent place to stay for family and friends, clean rooms and balcony, nothing fancy and nothing to complain about the room, but the best part of the stay was its breakfast place which was included in stay had a perfect morning beach view and just 1-2 min walk , night too it’s safe to walk on the beach till 1am atleast, would highly recommend for a peaceful stay and tomatos is the place to party and hangout if you stay here

The stay at Cocopalms was excellent . A great place , lovely swimming pool , ambience , courteous staff and right near the sea. The restaurant facing the sea " The last Shack" is a amazing place. Nilesh Morajkar was a great help during our stay with his proactiveness. Hari Singh at the restaurant provided us with the best dishes. The food was tasty and the ambience was heavenly. Rahul the restaurant General Manager manages the property well with his staff team.Would syrongly recommend the place for a relaxed family outing.

The Resort is not up to the mark. It lacks basic amenities like provision of toiletries with few basic things like hand towels and hair dryer being made available only on demand. The breakfast buffet menu is limited and mostly tasteless. Above all, the behaviour of the staff, particularly of that of the restaurant, the Last Shack, is very rude. They don't even treat us like a Guest. Overall a horrible experience.

It was good, convenient as it’s a beach resort. It was clean, well taken care of & the staff was really kind. Food was amazing. The pool was clean and always had someone looking to clean it after use. Overall the room was pretty.

Very good, best location and sea nearby, excellent food and hospitality extended by staff , looking forward to next trip.

Got a free upgrade to the wooden cottages which was nice. Morjim beach is just across the road which makes this property sought after. The internet connection is superfast much to my need. Food is good enough which they serve from 'The last shack' which is their restaurant. There is serious water logging issues in the shower area and the other part of the bathroom. Only thing that was a thumbs down was they did not help me stop some local drivers as they were not letting me get into my cab which i got from a nearby taxi stand. Even after complaining at the reception they said they cannot help me in this which is really not cool. We as tourists do not know the local dynamics of where to get cabs from. They should have helped me in this stand off between the drivers.

Stay was very good with nice and comfortable rooms. New wooden rooms are cozy. Staff were very welcoming and courteous. The resort is directly opposite to the beach which was a great plus. Swimming pool was very clean. However they could improve the breakfast quality and variety a little bit.
