We stayed at shadaxari for 2 days and the stay was amazing. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you can order the food and the hotel in charge would get it for you.

The place is very peaceful and the receptionist is always welcoming. They accept even late night calls and were really supportive with the senior citizens.

The stay was nice. Ac is good to compensate the heat and humidity while in the room for a good nights sleep. Nice wifi for working. Near to some beach cafes. Walkable to beach. No beach view but very near to beach with a beautiful small road to beach with 5 min(beautiful in the day, a little scary but adventurous in the night. Food not available all the time but its best to explore cafes. Not so near to shops but works best if you take a scooty/bike for rent or you have your own bike. Couple of shops are near. No restrictions on timings. Good for privacy. Good for stay. If you prefer a beach view to work only from room then its not preferred. But you prefer to explore and need privacy for group in the nights you can opt this. Overall experience is nice.

I had a comfortable stay at shadaxari nilaya. The location was top notch, very close to the beach as well as walkable to the gokarna town. The receptionist prasanna was friendly and helpful. He arranged us auto whenever needed. The stay has option of delivering food from a hotel as well as home made food. I highly recommend staying at shadaxari nilaya.

Overall a great stay. Pros: friendly staff, 500 meters from the sea beach, cleanliness inside the premise, 500 meters from mahabaleshwar temple, specious rooms, best for families, parking available. Cons : did not find any.

shadaxari nilaya is excellent for family.maruti. this person is very helpful. opposite to shadaxari, they provide homely food for reasonable price. i must thank maruti for this homely food.
