Staff was very polite and humble. Whenever i used to call them for a room service or order food they used to provide a quick service. Food served was also of good quality with reasonable rate.

Stayed at hotel shagun during the trip. Rooms were clean, room service was great and staff was courteous. Totally value for money. Very happy with my stay. Recommended accommodation option.

The location of the hotel was good and all the necessary facilities were available. The food served in the room was of good quality and quantity and at a reasonable rate too. Overall a good stay experience.

Ok for staying a little bit away from station koderma. Staffs are good.

The hotel is located on the highway and has friendly staff who provide us high quality service with a smiling face. Room was clean and well maintained with a clean washroom. Overall i had a nice experience. Parking in the basement is very safe.
