Awesome location right opposite the Dal Lake. Our room was overlooking the Lake and one can enjoy the sunset and other views from the small balcony in the room. Rooms are also spacious and clean. Good service from the staff also. True value for money for the travellers.

Every thing is good, problem is in Hotel food menu. Hotel Tea coffee, lunch, break fast every things rates is so high. Even Tea and coffee is in same rate 65/- So for stay its good. For food need to visit other restaurant. Stay there a day but hotel person didn't give Wi-Fi password. It's only a very bad experience because in Srinagar no other state post-paid SIM will work. So only for stay its good.

Hotel location is very good and rooms are average. Easy connectivity to Dal Lake market and restaurants. I had family trip with children. Auto stand is nearby hotel. Hotel staff are supportive but hiring taxies are costly part of travel in Kashmir. Overall, a good experience.

I have stayed there for 2 nights, the tv was not running and they failed to run it in 2 days. There was no slipper in washroom neither in bed room. Electric bed was not working. No room heater or no ketly for heating the water was available. Other thing was ok. The blanket was little bit old but was clean. According to price the hotel is not worthy.

Location great. Food not tried. Desk service was just okay. Found the desk person bit rude. From outside. Hotel was looking bad. Rooms were okay to stay. Not much great experience

Room service is very poor. Menu which were shown in menu card are mostly not available. Lift was not working. They don't accept cashless transaction but in Srinagar connectivity is not an issue. May be to evade tax they are doing this. Having said this I must say location and view from balcony was superb but the balcony is too small and poorly maintained.

View-wise property is in good location, food quality is also good but room services are terrible. Wi-fi is down maximum time, they never maintained any hygiene properly.

Pathetic experience room was extremely unhygienic. There were spider all over in the wall of room. Balcony gate door knob was broken because of that you can't close the gate. Electricity problem every time. Even they asked for money for hot water.
