Excellent Stay
It was good stay, the rooms were clean and highly maintained, bathrooms were clean. Reception person Ramesh was also very good in nature.

Good Stay
Location is good - close to shops and restaurants. Food is good. Showers in the bathroom had some problem, but overall experience was good at Shahapur Dev Panache.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Unhygienic Facilities
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Firstly, when I arrived, there was no one at the reception for over 20 minutes. I called the number provided, and the person assured me he would arrive in 5 minutes — but no one showed up until much later. This was not the kind of welcome I expected. The towels provided in the room were dirty and looked unwashed, which was very unhygienic. Things only got worse the next day when I went to use the swimming pool. I asked the staff for fresh towels, but they refused and told me to bring towels from my room. When I mentioned that other hotels usually provide towels at the poolside, their response was rude and unprofessional — they literally said, "Then you should book those hotels, not this one." Only after a long argument did they reluctantly provide towels. I’ve never experienced such poor service and attitude from hotel staff before. I will never book this hotel again, and I strongly suggest others avoid it too. There are far better options out there that actually value their guests and maintain basic hygiene and service standards.

Terrible Stay
Our check in time is 12pm but we haven't allowed to check in till 2 pm.. We have to wait so long.. No person has come to pick our luggage.. after so many calls to reception..we have to pick our luggage to the room by self only.. Room sleepers nd bathroom kits were not provided.. We have to face so much trouble..

It was a amazing stay, kudos to the staff very helpful and polite , it was safe and almost everything was nearby market tourist spots, food was also good . Speacial Thanks to the reception guy i guess virat was the name you made our visit more memorable and comfortable. Can’t wait to come again .

It's a quiet place even though it's in the city , Place is not in Market areas and always need vehicle ,Very Clean & newly constructed rooms in this price point but food is too expensive , Not any window views.

1. Room provided was not as show 2.bedsheet was looked used and had to request them to change but the new one was also dirty.3. towel , soap , body wash etc are provided after request and they made doormat from one of the towels which was creepy 4.room service was worst.5.They took hours to respond and 1-2 times they forgot what I said. (Sometimes guard received calls and gave me a mobile number to order food )5. Swimming pool is located at entrance (in lobby) o privacy 6.they provide food from outside restaurants and they asked me to pay before having it😄 7. Everything which should be done before guest arrival was done afterwards.
