Excellent location and food also tasty and good staff behavior but need to improve in service (like do the service faster)and forme disappointing is rooftop restaurant is closed they will mention it's better overall a good experience

i booked 2 rooms at shakun from 13/9 to 16/9. 3 nights. it is truly a 5 star hotel..the rooms are perfect..my parents loved the hotel. the hotel breakfast buffet was amazing. they had live counters where we could order dosa and uttapam. also they have a variety of foods. the food was good and on top it was pure veg which we like. the hotel has a swimming pool which is also good. the gym needs a little bit of maintenance. i would request hotel to have a kids room where they can play board games or indoor games like table tennis. i will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family members. keep up the good work. 🙏🤘

I liked the hotel very much, this hotel has every facility that should be there in a hotel, hence we all, my family, liked this hotel very much and the hotel staff here is also very good, they deal with everyone very well and i would suggest this to anyone who comes here to jaipur, then definitely stay in this hotel

Have stayed at this property many times. Mainly due to the proximity to the nearby markets. The height from lobby gives a majestic vibe. The marble floors are impeccably clean and shining. I would rate the overall ambience better than a few 5 star hotels. The food is ever so good. However an improvement can be made to the breakfast selections. The staff is ever so smiling. All in all a good comfortable hotel.
