The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable

Shalimar palace is located at a walking distance from famous civil lines x-ing. It's a decent 3 star hotel with great amenities, well behaved hotel staff, food facilities at door step. Hotel rooms and washrooms are neat and clean. It's a good choice for a short stay as a tourist. I recommend it to solo travellers or small families.

Overall stay is nice. The hotel has almost all the facilities of a 4-star hotel. The room has frozen, gives complimentary water complimentary snacks free, induction kettle to warm water, coffee and tea sachet, toothbrush kit, comb. The room is very clean. The hotel staff is very supportive. The hotel was just okay as in every hotel you stay. Outside food allowed. I have a very good experience at the hotel. You can go for it anytime the staff is supportive. The hotel has given the highest level of amenities and service delivery with respect to price. I'm very satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it to others. Good location nearest civil lines Chauraha. Thanks for all shalimar staff.

It was a pleasant experience to stay in this hotel. Food was quite good. Bed sheets and quilt were clean. This is MMT assured hotel so I would recommend everyone to book it without hesitation.

Superb hotel for staying in Raibareilly. The staff and the hotel services are fabulous with excellent cook and providing all kind of cuisine in reasonable price. A true 5-star hotel. Probably the best hotel in Raibareilly. Great environment, excellent interior, great staff, very cooperative employees, luxurious structure. Very beautiful and luxury hotel. Must visit for all, you will be satisfied with every aspect. Must visit 👍.
