The rooms were actually good at the first time when entered but once when we went outside and came back there was a terrible smell in the rooms which was very uncomfortable

the stay was fine for just a night. The location near railway station is helpful. it would have been better if the room was a little more hygienic.

Stayed along with my family in this hotel from 17th October night to 18th morning check out . we had the worst experience in this hotel. They gave us room without cleaning after asked then hotel staff somehow cleaned the room, don't have hot water even in the morning, we asked for 2 towels and they gave only 1. other towels were washed and not dry hence regret to provide. Also TV doesn't have sports, movie channels only a few free news channels available. the reception person doesn't have any regrets for customer inconvenience. Don't go to this hotel...

I had a disappointing stay. There was no bottled water provided and the overall hygiene was poor, the room was dusty and not properly cleaned. Basic amenities like soap and towels were not placed in the room, and I had to call and request them. The room service was very poor and far below expectations. Overall, I would not recommend this place to others.

No complementary water provided but the hotel was near to the railway station and metro station and calm environment , actually the room were very affordable. The room was very clean and neat and arranged everything in order. The blanket given was also good and soap was given

We booked 2 rooms. Though the rooms were good, the washroom on one room was broken.

Property location is excellent near Railway station but restaurent is not available at hotel. Staff is good and polite.

Blanket was not given, no response at all from the reception, very bad staffs , only good thing is we can check in any time , but don’t go late night coz they lock the reception doors and they don’t even respond to call

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble
