The pictures are completely different than the property.. everything was breaking down.. there was no cleanliness... this was the most HORRIBLE experience of my life... there was dust all around.. washrooms were terrible the hand jet was severely broken... there was damps on the walls and ceiling and even there were spiders... please do not believe the pictures it’s a big scam

The hotel service was really bad, washroom was not with working taps. Towels were not clean and also the room service was not good, i had to call them many times then only single thing was given and that too without proper knocking of door. It was just terrible

Service is security is fantastic staff is very much caring and supportive. Overall it's woo feel once you are on premise shopping conference room and many other facilities are you there for you.

I enjoyed my journey at this hotel. I love to stay at this hotel. Facility was good. They gives us all mentioned facility. Staff was very humble and good. Hotel manager was also very polite and they help us reach in room very carry bags. Lift is also available.

I like the service and rooms was very clean and luxurious. Tv and ac was in very good condition. Bathroom was also very clean and luxurious. They take cares of his guest. Lift is available in the hotel. Every shop is available in the society.

I enjoyed my journey with my family. My children enjoyed too much in the hotel. The atmosphere was very good and beautiful. I love to be back on this hotel very soon. Thank you for such a good service

I like this hotel too much. Views of this room very luxurious. I enjoyed my journey at this hotel too much. Hotel is vrindavan in very luxurious. Staff workers was very polite and helpful. Lift was also available. Park was also available for children and parents. Restaurant, bar, cafe everything was available.

Apart from the location, everything was below average. The caretaker was not there at the property. Till late night ni water bottle was provided. There was nothing that one can relish as great about the stay. Caretaker spoke on phone and said he will provide extra mattress and water bottle and fresh lenin. However the extra mattress came after 2 hours. Also there was no one to walk along to get to the room and know how the ac will be switched boon etc. So the entire check in experience was horrendous. I will never come back here and would never recommend it to anyone.

Its not a home stay they provide rooms those are far away from each other
