We stayed in a pr 2021 and understand the covid situation but the amount they are charging is a lot compared to the service offered. Their restaurant was closed which we were not informed before hand, although the receptionist claimed an email was sent. Breakfast was complimentary but we were told a fixed menu will come to the room at 9 am. Food only arrived by 9. 45 am after repetitive reminders. We asked for coffee at 8 am and were told we need to wait for the breakfast to arrive. Although the instructions said swimming pool is accessible it was dirty and not maintained. There was no one to greet at the gate and guide to the check-in counter. They have built a really good place with great views but hospitality needs to be improved. Some folks in the reception area were not wearing masks.
