Spaciousness: 10/10; Cleanliness: 8/10; Washroom 3/10. The jetspray pipe was leaking! Parking is a little uneasy.

We stayed for a day (dec 4-5. The stay was very comfortable & staff are extremely polite & helpful. The food at their restaurant is awesome. I want to express my sincere thanks to mr bharat & suprit shetty who accommodated for an extra stay of 4 hours beyond check out time at no extra cost with good hospitality. It’s really great. Only draw back is parking our vehicle in front of property is a chance factor. But still i recommend for anyone to stay here.

The bed liners and sheets were stained and dirty. Even upon request they did not change it. Service is not worth the price at all.

The room were spacious, clean and the owners were very helpful. I reached hotel at 4am and was checking out at 12 pm but my train was at 3. 00 pm. Even without asking they told i ca stay till 2. 30 pm as rooms were available. Didn’t expect such clean and spacious room in small town.

Property is located in the prime location of ranebennur. Room is very clean and spacious. Staff is very guest friendly, very responsive and courteous. I could comfortably park my car as the parking view is covered under cc tv.

The property is located vey near to the railway station and is easily accesible. Food at the restaurant was good. But it would be better if they provide breakfast too.
