Room condition and excellent with full hygiene,,,

need to arrange free internet wifi and hot water. now hot water provides only morning time and internet wifi is not available on the second and third floor.

Hi to everyone,who are reading my review. I booked rooms in the mentioned property, for my family including my three children's clearly explained the age of my children's as 7 yr,6 yr and 1yr respectively. while booking the rooms in make my trip app,it was no where mentioned, that extra amount will be charged for extra bed. However while checking out from the lodge,to my shock hotel manager asked to pay per night I.e for three night. To which I refused to pay,and had an argument with the manager of Lodge. Due to which we nearly missed our train. The rooms are also unhygienic, not properly maintained.

No wifi. In this times how can a hotel be without wifi. Reception lacks basic english skills to communicate.

Hotel location was good. Well accessible to important places. And the hotel maintenance also good.

It was our late checkin n we did inform about it too. Staff were rude n were not ready to give to give the booking at all. Moreover its in a very sad location. Don't like it at all

The stay was extremely bad. There were no amenities, not even a towel or soap. They charged for toothpaste, water bottle bathroom & room was dirty bed was wet with dirt bed sheet, quilt were not clean entire experience was a disaster will never recommend it is not worth at all there were no generator when current went curtain was torn lift was not properly working during rain, water enters inside room through roof. Worst experience ever

The hotel was not clean and did not had power and intermittently power was going off and no service at al and i ordered food from zomato but to recieve also i had to go down. I did not taken any photos

Hot water is not available. Worst room for 3600/ not worthy. Don't choose this hotel and the maintenance and staff is not good

Hotel was not good as i expected, very dirty rooms and toilets, wifi is not there even they didn’t have towel availability. Reception guys are helpful

The hotel is located inside the city and is near most of the tourist attractions. The room was clean, and room service was good. Drinking water was available on every floor. Overall experience was good.

We have stayed there for 2 days. I really had a good time there, the issues here are very minor which is the hot water will be available for bathing only in the day time from 6am to 10am and the last issue is the coast of the food provided at the hotel is bit expensive so that to avoid that burden we can order by zomato or any other food delivery apps

Family stay. Residency in main location. Accesible to all places in mysore. Room is spacious and comfortable. Staff are good
