This place offers all amenities for a perfect stay but location is bit hard to find

the property manager refuse us check in bcos we were not carrying any luggage and was very rude. seemed to be a shady place which looked very different from the photograph shown on the app

The rooms are clean, even the bathroom too. Regarding food they have their own hotel, from there serving compliment breakfast.

Rooms are clean and neat good tó stay there is food room service overall good stay access to transport

The location of the hotel is closer to railway station but approach needs to be indicated properly with proper board

The room was decent. The ac was not working entire 3 days. Even after comstant request to fix it they didn't. I had specifically requested foe two single beds but that wasn't provided either citing unavailability. Food was decent and the lady at the counter was really sweet. The only major concern was ac and the bed

No proper towels, going to ground floor from 3rd floor lift won't go to ground. Stops at 1st! cabs and autos cancel trips since it is "going around too much" they say. No restaurant.

शीतल रेजीडेंसी में ठहरना बहुत अच्छा रहा। कर्मचारियों का स्वभाव सहयोगात्मक और भाषा मृदु, मधुर लगी। स्टेशन के निकट होने के कारण आटो वाले परेशान करते हैं, अधिक किराया मांगते हैं। वापसी में रेसीडेंसी के कर्मचारी ने मेरा सामान स्टेशन तक पहुंचा दिया। साफ-सफाई उत्तम लगी।

Good place to stay and staff also good

Rooms were ok. However, brakefast arrangements can be improveed, it was served in packets in the room itself. Instead, it should have been served in the restorent.

It's a very average hotel and not so well maintained, don't go by other reviews clean etc, those reviews are probably owners friends wrote it. It's in a bylane and reception person is quite rude despite paying a decent amount. Morning reception lady is okay. Housekeeping linen all very average, only go to the hotel if you have a train or bus to catch

Location excellent, near to majestic, metro and railway station, bus station. Good staff and service.

Enjoyed a family trip with comfortable beds, good water facilities, and convenient parking, it is near Majestic, making it easy to explore Bangalore.

Firstly the receptionist was very arrogant the rooms are neat but getting pungent smell while entering the room its gives worst smell

I usually don't give any reviews, i had very bad experience here that's the only reason i am writing this. The guy at the reception is behaving like he is the owner and he is giving the rooms for free. No water provided, no wifi provided. When we ask the password he is denying it rudely. And the rooms are not having normal jio or air-tel range also. Please avoid this property. Book any other hotel.
