Shenbaga hotel was situated at mahatma gandhi road where all shops are near by to purchase food, tea, liquor and many restaurants to eat biryani n starters. Share autos tuk tuk, ola cabs also booked with out any disturbance. Rock beach is also near by 1. 5kms from shenbaga hotel.

Property is at prime location. Local sightseeing spots are nearby it. Neat and clean rooms. Good service. Pleasant ambiance. Tasty food. Polite staff. Lift and swimming pool facilities are also there. Rooms are quite big. Pleasant stay i had.

Location is good as the property's location near my work place & also near the main city. The food is tasty, hygienic and also economical. Amenities are excellent. As looking and feeling like a museum. The room is well maintained. Services are also good.

I stayed with my friends in shenbaga. Hotel is very good, and location is very apt. All the tourists places to visit are very near and at a walking distance of 20-25 min. Hotel rooms were clean, washrooms were clean. It had all toiletries. Since we were 3 friends they also gave extra toiletries and 1 extra complementary water bottle. We really liked this gesture. Food was also good and the buffet breakfast had many variety. Staff were friendly and polite. Only thing missing was that in our room tv remote and intercom were not working on 1st day. But after we informed the staff it was immediately fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay at shenbaga hotel.

Excellent location. Most of the places in the vicinity of 2-3km. Big and clean room. Great service. Breakfast buffet has lots of varieties. Overall, excellent stay.

We had a comfortable stay at shenbaga, one suggestion is better to have a shade on the swimming pool since it always hot even if we visit early in the morning or extended evening hours would also work.

Went on a family trip to puducherry. Right from the welcome till the check out, everything was done right. Towels and toiletries for three people were kept based on the booking. Room was clean and fresh. Good amount of bottled water were also placed. The only area of improvement i can suggest is the toilet. It is clean and neat, but dated. One fresh coat of paint can do wonders. The breakfast had good spread and items were fresh and tasty. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Breakfast was splendid. Thoroughly enjoyed their buffet. Staff service was also exceptional. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located so it made it easier to get to places. Wonderful stay overall
